Program Pomocy Prawnej dla Uchodźców i Migrantów
The Legal Assistance Program for Refugees and Migrants was established in 1992. The main tasks of the program include providing free legal advice to migrants reporting to the Foundation and taking actions on their behalf. The business activities of the program also includes monitoring compliance by the Polish authorities of the Polish Constitution and the provisions of the Geneva Convention of 1951. We also aim to ensure that the status of refugees are respected as related to the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and Polish legislation in regards to refugees and migrants.
